While we don’t want to see you go, we understand circumstances change. We do not have contracts, yet we do have a firm 30 day cancelation period. This applies to cancelation or changes in your membership.
We will prorate your membership change from the date we receive it and your account will be charged a full 30 days.
If you decide to reactivate your membership at a later date, membership rates are subject to change.
