Bio

It’s hard to imagine my life without sports and CrossFit. Growing up, I primarily played softball and basketball in elementary and early middle school. I loved pushing myself to be the best and always striving to improve. Moving my body and working toward a goal has always been a passion of mine.

My parents discovered CrossFit in 2014 when we lived in Alabama. I practically grew up in a CrossFit box, spending hours watching the classes, fascinated by what the adults were doing. After class, I’d jump in, trying to kip a pull-up or walk on my hands. It was fun, and I quickly understood why people kept coming back. Since then, we’ve moved to Tennessee and eventually to Texas, where my parents grew up. We’ve been here since 2016, and that’s where my CrossFit journey truly began.

At 12, I started taking adult classes, and I was hooked. At the time, I was still in public school and playing other sports, using CrossFit as a way to improve my overall athletic performance. But when COVID hit, my mom decided to homeschool my two younger siblings and me—a change that turned out to be one of the best things to happen to our family. With no organized sports available, I found myself with a lot of extra time. So, at 13, I started training in our garage, sometimes multiple times a day, and I absolutely loved it.

That same year, I qualified for my first major competition, The Fittest Experience in Taylor, Texas, competing in the 14-15 division as a 13-year-old. I didn’t place high on the leaderboard, but I knew then that I wanted to compete. I set a goal: to make it to the CrossFit Games as a 14-year-old.

Fast forward to 2025, and I’ve now qualified for the CrossFit Games three times (placing 9th, 6th, and 18th), Wodapalooza three times (placing 9th, 3rd, and 7th), and The Fittest Experience five times (placing 5th once and winning four times). CrossFit has become my career, and Lord willing, it’s something I’ll continue doing for the rest of my life.

Alongside competing, I also knew I wanted to coach. I earned my L1 certification a few months after turning 16 and started coaching as soon as I could. I love challenging people and watching them grow—not just as athletes, but as individuals. Seeing someone accomplish something they never thought possible and witnessing the joy on their face in that moment is incredibly special. Coaching gives me the opportunity to encourage others and point them to Jesus, and I cherish every chance I get to do so.

  • I have the best workout ever when I’m listening to my worship music and pushing myself.
  • I’m challenged by continuing to grow in my walk with Christ. At times it is hard, but I know in moments of trials God is still good!
  • When I’m not working out I am doing school, reading my Bible, spending time with friends or family, going to church, or eating haha!
  • You will see me smiling when I’m admiring Gods creation, spending time with the people I love, and watching Crossfit!
  • If I were an animal I’d be a Golden Retriever
