A broad, general, inclusive fitness program for everyone. We believe the individual need for fitness varies by degree not kind. CrossFit workouts are scaled to any level of fitness.

  • We are SO excited to meet you! Your first CrossFit experience is tailored for your success. Just email or phone us to set up a time that works for you. Dress comfortably and get ready for the most fun you’ve EVER had working out!
  • What Comes Next? Complete your Elements Class. CrossFit Workouts are based on 9 Basic movements. You’ll learn these and get into the groove of CrossFit in 2 Elements Courses. Your coach will walk you through everything you’ll need to make you ready. If you are undecided you can pay for 2 classes: 1 class $45 2 classes – $90. If you purchase a membership, your membership days include private elements. If you purchase a punch card, you can use a punch for your elements sessions
  • Jump in! YOU’RE FAMILY. At CrossFit 737, you’re never working out alone. We cheer one another on until the work is done … every time.


To improve athletic performance, which usually means improving athletes’ speed, strength, and power. Conditioning programs also vary by sport, and even by position within the sport. We offer individual programs or team training.


Develop knowledge of Olympic weightlifting and learn basic positions to perform the lifts safely, efficiently, and effectively. The snatch and the clean & jerk! These movements bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance to strength training.


YOGA FOR ATHLETES is designed for CrossFit athletes to compliment your strength training and improve your overall flexibility and mobility. By incorporating yoga for athletes into your weekly regimen, you we will not only enhance your strength training, you will see a difference in your squat performance, gymnastic moves and your overall mobility will improve. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being and take your CrossFit experience to the next level.


CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. They get to learn about fitness in a fun way. At CrossFit 737 we encourage parents to share their health and fitness with their children and lead them by example! Fitness is Fun!
